Monster Cookies

These monster cookies were one of the biggest hits at my recent launch party. I have had so many people asking me for the recipe… so here it is!

They are so moist and delicious… and of course gluten free, the perfect crowd pleasing dessert.

Make these cookies huge like a typical monster cookie or make mini cookies, either way they will turn out great and you won’t be able to stop eating them.

Ingredients

  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • ½ C butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ C peanut butter
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 ½ C old fashion oats
  • 1 C M&M's
  • 1 C chocolate chips

Instructions

Cream together sugars, butter, egg and peanut butter.

Add in oats, baking soda, and salt- mix well.

Stir in M&Ms and chocolate chips.

Scoop into balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Notes

Warning: this recipe makes a lot of cookies so cut everything in half if you aren't needing a ton. However, these cookies do freeze well so you can make a full batch and freeze any leftovers you may have.
