When I told my husband I would make him anything for our anniversary, the is the recipe he requested. It is definitely our favorite salmon recipe right now. I love that it is so easy to throw together and comes out almost perfectly every time. Right now we are living in an apartment while our house gets built so we don’t have access to a grill, so I love that this recipe bakes the salmon. The sauce that covers the salmon helps keep it moist and delicious.
Make this a full meal by serving it with broccoli and fried rice.
Give it a try and let me know if you love it as much as we do!
