Baked Oatmeal

Are you always rushing out the door in the morning with barely enough time for breakfast? This is the case for so many people. Instead of grabbing a pop tart try this baked oatmeal.

Prep this baked oatmeal ahead of time and put it in individual containers to make breakfast super easy.

There are so many yummy ways to enjoy this oatmeal. You can pour warm milk and cinnamon over it, top with fruit, drizzle with syrup, top your yogurt with it… each way is delicious.

Baked Oatmeal

Serves: 8 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ C. oil
  • ½ C. brown sugar or honey
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 C. oats
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together oil, brown sugar, and eggs.

Add oats, baking powder, salt, and milk.

Bake in a greased 9x13 pan for 30 minutes.

Serve with warmed cinnamon milk, maple syrup, fruit, or yogurt.
